Famed athletic superstar Darryl Strawberry’s path to greatness and his subsequent fall from grace led him to a place of darkness and hopelessness that caused him to give up on life. But God had another plan for Darryl. On Thursday, June 11th, bring your family, neighbors, youth groups, churches, coworkers, and everyone you know to McCoy Stadium to hear Darryl Strawberry’s inspiring story of how he found lasting freedom when he answered God’s call on his life!
Local hip-hop artist Paris Fisher will be emceeing this once-in-a-lifetime event!
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet Darryl before the game!
McCoy Stadium does not allow lawn chairs within the gates, but there are some picnic tables available. Please bring blankets for extra seating.
Thank-you to McCoy Stadium and the Pawsox, who are donating half the proceeds from all tickets purchased through House of Hope Rhode Island to our ongoing ministry to troubled teens and their families.
